Senior New Products and Events Officer (maternity cover)

We are looking for someone to lead on the effective delivery of the fundraising products and events function at Brooke ; responsible for developing and delivering new products and events for 2019, evaluating and refining existing products, and maximising the income raised from running and challenge, special and mass participation fundraising products and events.

The successful candidate will be an experienced fundraising events professional who is a confident marketer. Someone who has an excellent understanding of supporter relationship management and development and who has the drive and enthusiasm necessary to manage this exciting new programme.

This role is a great opportunity to contribute to the development of Events fundraising for an international charity with an emotive cause, innovative plans for the future and an organisational commitment to Events fundraising.

You will need to have demonstrable experience in Events Fundraising and proven project management experience with the ability to adapt to challenges/changes whilst meeting income and activity targets.

We need a self-starter with strong team-working and organisational skills who takes the initiative, is forward thinking and has a creative approach to problem solving.

In order to excel in this post you’ll need a strong understanding of and experience of marketing via all digital channels, events and budget management.
