We’re recruiting for a varied and interesting campaign management role in a supportive and dedicated direct marketing team. Your focus will be on delivering successful digital supporter recruitment campaigns and stewardship journeys and supporting colleagues with the digital aspects of multi-channel direct marketing activities. You’ll have the chance to bring your experience to both established programmes and innovative new products.

Your main responsibilities will include project managing the development of new digital acquisition products, developing and implementing new digital welcome, retention and development communications, monitoring and reporting on performance, assisting with budgeting and forecasting and managing relationships with external suppliers.

Organised, thorough and brilliant with Excel, you’ll be an experienced campaign manager who can work independently to deliver great results. A people person who will build positive relationships across the organisation and manage suppliers effectively, you’re also a problem solver with the flexibility to cope with change and competing priorities.
