Would you driving the planning and delivery of digital projects that connect with people's values and inspire them to take action in a movement of animal lovers both in the UK and around the globe?  

You will be joining the new Supporter Engagement Team and will have a crucial role in the shaping and embedding of the our digital culture and in our ways of working and planning. You will be excited about digital supporter engagement and ready to work with and support colleagues to make it happen. With a strong understanding of digital & traditional markets and enthusiasm for digital supporter engagement you will be an important shaper and mentor of our culture and plans. You will be a team player and a creative problem-solver. Basically you make things happen. While a keen eye on performance of supporter engagement journeys is crucial in your job.

Your background will be managing large digital projects, working across teams and stakeholders. Experience in a role where you facilitated supporter journey planning with teams and product owners is highly desirable. You will have strong experience in evaluating projects and ensuring that lessons are summarised and communicated to the division and the rest of the organisation where relevant.

While the experience of digital engagement projects is essential, you also need to have an good understanding of traditional fundraising channels like DRTV, direct mail and telemarketing.
