Would you like the opportunity to support the engagement programme that connects with people's values and inspires them to take action in a movement of animal lovers both in the UK and around the globe?

You will be joining the new Journey Optimisation Team and your role will be critical in the shaping of this new digital culture and helping us to put data at the heart of planning and decision making across the Directorate.

Your background will be in managing data coming from digital channels – from email opt-ins and unsubscribes to dealing with online donation data. This will include experience of managing data transfers between online platforms and supporter database. You care about data quality and the ability of data to paint a picture of how supporters are engaging with the organisation, ensuring that segmentation for different products is correct and contributing to the exceptional supporter experience. With good understanding of the role of data in supporter engagement, digital marketing and fundraising you work efficiently and quickly to support running of supporter journeys.
