Would you like to deep dive into audience data, and help us to better connect with a movement of global animal lovers, so that we can improve the lives of working animals, and the communities that depend on them?

You will be joining the new Optimisation Team and your role will be critical in the shaping and embedding of this new digital culture and helping us to put data analysis at the heart of planning and decision making across the Directorate.


Your background will be in analysing the performace of audience engagement data – using digital and supporter database data (online and offline data) to create reports, identify supporter engagement trends and recommend tests and adjustments to audience journeys. You’re able to interpret data and provide clear analysis to your colleagues.

Ideally, you will have hands on experience of working on Facebook advertising reporting or would have gained a strong understanding of this through commissioning social advertising reports from digital marketing agencies.

You have a good, ideally, in-depth understanding of Google Analytics, email and social media data. Ideally you have helped plan and analyse A/B testing of emails and landing pages. With a good understanding of the role of data in supporter engagement, digital marketing and fundraising you work efficiently and quickly to support running of supporter journeys.
