Global Communication Manager (Maternity Cover – 12 Months)

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of Brooke’s issues-based communication programme. You will develop and implement communication plans and associated content to drive forward Brooke’s engagement with our key stakeholder audiences in the international development and animal health sectors. You will join an ambitious, dynamic and enthusiastic Comms team, and work closely with our UK and international programme colleagues in External Affairs, Research, Animal Health and Welfare.

You will have extensive experience in the planning and delivery of multi-channel thought leadership programmes to shape opinion and build convening power among target audiences. Equally, you will have an impressive track record of working collaboratively with a diverse range of colleagues, using your communication and negotiation skills to enable others to understand the value that great comms can deliver.

Possessing an acute journalistic mindset, you will be adept at translating complex topics into powerful stories, messages and visuals using engaging language and data visualisation.

Reporting to our Head of Communications, you will manage one part-time Global Communication Officer and work closely with our International Communication Officers.
