Salary: £29,180 per annum (pro rata) 20 hours

This exciting role will  provide personal assistance to the Head of Supporter Engagement and  provide critical support to the team by supporting on this important programme’s fundraising activity delivery including, although not limited to; supporting fundraising appeals and training, financial processes, reporting and administration.

The role plays an important part in contributing to the Supporter Engagement fundraising targets and will play an important role in supporting teams with the planning and implementation of our fundraising campaigns.

The team coordinator will also provide administrative support for invoicing and financial transactions, for reporting and for managing logistics surrounding work related travel.

We will look to the Supporter Engagement Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the team and liaise with many stakeholders across the organisation to manage bookings and diaries, so applicants must have strong relationship building skills and the ability to create a good first impression of our organisation and team.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong organisational and project management skills, as you will be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proven experience of providing administrative support to a team or an individual. Applicants must also have strong time management skills as the role will involve working to tight deadlines.
