We are looking for a dedicated survey software support specialist who will play a key part in setting up and maintaining Brooke’s data collection system (internally known as BrookeCheck). This new role will be responsible for setting up data collection survey forms on our new external survey software (Magpi), ensuring these are fit for purpose for data collection across Brooke in a globally consistent way, as well as the general management of the survey data collection project, linking up with wider data processing systems.

The Survey Software Support Officer (BrookeCheck) will be joining our dynamic Strategy and Performance department, and will be a key contributor within the team to improving our data management systems, ultimately enabling Brooke to better understand and demonstrate organisational impact, and make use of data for decision making.

You will be delivering a fairly typical survey setup but with a myriad of stakeholders to consider, and must possess skills and experience for working with survey software tech support plus UK and international teams, and be comfortable providing technical capacity building and support to various stakeholders across multiple time zones.

The project will require a solution-oriented mind set and innovative thinking and you may be asked to input more widely into Brooke’s review of organisational digital and technological systems.
