Head of Major Relationships

This is a senior management role leading a team which is responsible for raising income in the UK from high net worth individuals, trusts and foundations, companies and key institutional funders to support Brooke’s international projects. 

You will be a dynamic and seasoned individual with a pragmatic and strategic mind set, who will be excited by our ambitious growth targets within our new 5 year global strategy and want to build on the great strengths of our existing team. You will lead to ensure a viable and robust pipeline of prospects is maintained, including the identification and development of new income opportunities.

You will have significant experience and a demonstrable track record in fundraising from high net worth individuals (middle & major donors), together with experience of trusts, foundations, Institutional funders and corporate fundraising, and a track record in identifying and developing new income streams/opportunities. 

Your background will also include experience of working with restricted funds, including the management of programme proposals, funding and Impact reporting.
