Global Community Development Advisor
We are looking for someone with extensive experience planning and implementing sustainable community development projects using participatory approaches within an international development context. You will need excellent facilitation and training skills, as well as strong analytical skills to be able to synthesize, use, and effectively promote understanding of complex information for learning and action across a diverse range of audiences and cultural contexts. You will possess excellent leadership skills, with the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, to inspire and motivate change. Excellent inter-personal skills, including listening and communication, tact, diplomacy, sensitivity and patience are essential qualities for fulfilling this position.
